  • 1-Add ½ c. salsa with tomato paste.
  • 2-Swap shredded Monterey Jack cheese for the cheddar.
  • 3-Omit pickles and bacon.
  • 3-Top with sliced jalapeno slices, diced avocado and dollop of sour cream, if desired.
