Satisfying Orange and Raspberry Mimosas
- 1 c. freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 c. fresh raspberries, plus more for garnish
- 1 T. sugar
- Prosecco, for topping off
- Fresh mint, garnish
- In blender, puree the orange juice, raspberries and sugar.
- Pour about ΒΌ c. of the puree in bottom of each glass and top off with Prosecco.
- Garnish with fresh mint.
