Spicy Cheesy Spinach Crab Dip

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. lump crabmeat, drained and picked
  • 1 c. shredded jalapeno cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. grated fresh parmesan cheese
  • ½ c. milk
  • ½ c. grated onion
  • ½ c. Miracle Whip or mayo
  • 1 T. sherry vinegar
  • 1 t. red pepper
  • 2 T. minced garlic
  • 1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8-oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 T. grated lemon zest
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients except zest in 3 qt. slow cooker.
  2. Stir well to mix.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours.
  4. Stir in zest. Taste for seasoning.
Notes
*****If you want to make it a little more spicy, add more red pepper or Tabasco or crushed red pepper flakes.
