Refreshing Cranberry Mimosas
- 1 (25.4-oz.) bottle Champagne or sparkling wine
- 1 ½ c. chilled fresh or good quality orange juice, strained-no pulp
- 1 ½ c. chilled good quality cranberry juice cocktail
- Whole fresh cranberries and orange slices, garnish
- Fill chilled flute halfway with chilled champagne.
- Top with ¼ c. orange juice and ¼ c. cranberry juice.
- Float a cranberry or two in each glass and place orange slice on rim.
- Serve immediately.
