Chocolate Covered Cranberries
- 1 (12-oz.) pkg. cranberries
- 1 (12-oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
- 2 T. shortening or wax
- Melt chips and shortening over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted.
- Dip cranberries in chocolate with toothpick to coat.
- Place on wax paper
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Enjoy! Keep in air-tight container in refrigerator. They also freeze well.
