Chocolate Covered Cranberries

Ingredients
  • 1 (12-oz.) pkg. cranberries
  • 1 (12-oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
  • 2 T. shortening or wax
Instructions
  1. Melt chips and shortening over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted.
  2. Dip cranberries in chocolate with toothpick to coat.
  3. Place on wax paper
  4. Refrigerate until firm.
  5. Enjoy! Keep in air-tight container in refrigerator. They also freeze well.
