2 (8-oz.) bags of fresh sugar snaps, steamer bag type if possible
1 (12-16 oz.) bag of fresh green beans, steamer bag
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
Extra virgin olive oil
Sea Salt, black pepper, garlic powder
¼ c. balsamic vinegar
¼ c. Marzetti Simply Dressed Vinaigrette-Lemon
Instructions
Punch holes in each of the steamer bags of the sugar snaps and fresh green beans.
Take one bag at a time and place on microwave safe plate and cook in microwave for 1 minute. (The sugar snaps usually come in bags but most times do not say steamer bag. The bag works just like a steamer bag.)
Place all the veggies in a bowl.
Add the red onion. Mix well.
Drizzle with olive oil and add the vinegar and lemon dressing.
Season with salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
Mix well.
Place in 9x13” baking dish that has been sprayed with PAM.
Spread evenly.
Roast in 350 oven for 15-20 minutes. Cook to the desired texture that you like your veggies.
