Alice’s Chocolate Amaretto Cheesecake with Raspberry Sauce
RASPBERRY PUREE SAUCE:

Ingredients
1 pt. fresh raspberries or berries you like, extra for garnish
¾-1 c. sugar, depending on sweetness of berries
Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender or processor and puree. Taste for sweetness. Strain seeds if you like. Chill until ready to use.
To serve: Drizzle some of the fruit puree on serving plate. Place piece of cheesecake on top of it. Drizzle more on top and garnish with whole berries. You can also use chocolate swirls from Hershey’s.
