Zingy Rosemary Walnuts
- 2 c. walnut halves, good quality
- PAM or olive oil
- 1 T. dried rosemary, crushed
- Kosher salt, red pepper
- Place nuts in bowl.
- Spray lightly with PAM or drizzle with a little olive oil.
- Add the rosemary, salt and red pepper. Toss to coat. If you like your nuts, with a little more zing, add more red pepper.
- Place on baking sheet in single layer.
- Bake 350 for 10-12 minutes, stirring once.
- Remove from oven and place on paper towels to drain off excess oil.
- Store in airtight container or freeze.
****You can change up the nuts or do a mixture of nuts.
