Tangy Lemony Strawberry Mojitos
- 8 lemon wedges
- 24 mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
- 4 strawberries, plus 2 halved for garnish
- Ice cubes, plus crushed ice
- 8 oz. gold or aged rum
- 3 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz. agave nectar
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lemon wedges with whole berries and mint leaves.
- Add ice and the rum, lemon juice, and agave nectar.
- Shake well.
- Strain into crushed ice in a tall glasses.
- Garnish with berry halves and mint sprigs.
