Delicious Cheesy Corn and Peppers
- 2 lbs. frozen corn
- 2 poblano peppers, chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 T. butter, cubed
- Salt, black pepper
- 1 t. ground cumin
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 oz. cream cheese, cubed
- PAM
- Coat inside CROCK POT with PAM.
- Combine corn, peppers, butter, cumin, salt and pepper in CROCK POT.
- Cover and cook on HIGH 2 hours.
- Stir in cheese.
- Cover and cook on HIGH 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Taste for seasoning.
