Creamy and Crunchy Olive Pecan Bites
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- ½ c. pimiento-stuffed Spanish olives, finely chopped
- 1 T. chopped fresh chives
- Red pepper
- 80 large toasted pecan halves
- Stir together cream cheese, olives, chives and red pepper.
- Spread onto 40 of the large toasted pecan halves.
- Top with the remaining 40 pecan halves.
- Press together to make like a sandwich.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
