Creamy and Crunchy Olive Pecan Bites

Ingredients
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • ½ c. pimiento-stuffed Spanish olives, finely chopped
  • 1 T. chopped fresh chives
  • Red pepper
  • 80 large toasted pecan halves
Instructions
  1. Stir together cream cheese, olives, chives and red pepper.
  2. Spread onto 40 of the large toasted pecan halves.
  3. Top with the remaining 40 pecan halves.
  4. Press together to make like a sandwich.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
