Fresh Strawberry Sheet Cake
- 1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- ¼ c. butter, softened
- ½ c. finely chopped fresh strawberries
- ½ t. vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 6 c. powdered sugar
- In large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter with mixer until smooth.
- Add berries, vanilla and salt, beating until combined.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth.
- Use to ice cake, immediately.
*****Keep cake in refrigerator.
