Drizzle melted butter all over the cauliflower and season with salt and pepper.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until crispy tender.
In a bowl combine, yogurt, mustard, honey, dill, oil, garlic and lemon juice. Set aside.
In a bowl, combine the baked cauliflower with the chopped eggs, red onion and celery. Mix well.
Gradually add in the yogurt dressing. Mixing as you go.
Season to taste.
Garnish with extra chopped dill.
Notes
*****I thought it was quite good. I could easily accept this in place of potato salad. If there are certain spices you rather go ahead and sub them for what you do not like.
