Gingerbread Boy Pancakes
- PANCAKES:
- 2 ½ c. Bisquick Mix
- 1 c. milk
- ¾ c. apple butter
- 2 T. vegetable oil
- ¼ t. ground cinnamon
- ¼ t. ground ginger
- ¼ t. ground nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- TOPPINGS:
- 1 (6.4-oz.) can Betty Crocker Easy Flow white decorating icing
- Small candies
- In large bowl, stir all pancake ingredients with wire whisk until well blended.
- Heat griddle or skillet to 375.
- Brush griddle with vegetable oil or spray with PAM.
- For each pancake, pour ¼ c. batter onto hot griddle.
- Cook 2-3 minutes or until bubbles form and edges are dry. Turn, and cook other side until golden brown.
- Using a 3 ½” to 4” gingerbread boy or girl cookie cutter, cut one shape from each warm pancake.
- Decorate as desired using icing and candies.
*****I am on the lookout for the girl gingerbread cutout. Have not been able to find one!
