6 T. jam, jelly or preserves-your favorite like fig, plum, etc.
2 T. Dijon mustard
Instructions
Preheat oven 350.
Lightly grease baking sheet.
Stir together sausage, baking mix, cheese, yam, cinnamon, salt and pepper in bowl.
Roll into 48 (1 ½”) balls, and place about 1” apart on baking sheet.
Bake until cooked through and a deep golden brown, about 20 minutes.
Stir together jam and mustard in bowl. Mix well.
Serve the dipping sauce with the nibbles.
Notes
*****If you choose a jelly, etc. that is too thick, place it in microwave on HIGH for 10 second intervals until it softens up enough to mix with mustard.
