Allison's Fruity Pizza
- 1 tube of Pillsbury Cookie Dough
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- ΒΌ c. butter, unsalted
- 1 t. vanilla
- 3½ c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- Sliced strawberries and kiwi (with Mandolin if possible)
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Any fruit that you might like, just be creative
- Bake the cookie dough on a round baking dish, like a pizza pan. Cool completely after baking.
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, butter, vanilla and powdered sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Fold in the Cool whip and mix well.
- Spread this mixture over the cooled cookie dough.
- Get creative and decorate the top of your pizza with your selected fruit.
- Keep cool in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Using a pizza cutter helps cut the pieces easier.
- If you have left over cream cheese mixture you can use as a dip for fruit.
