Mugful Chocolate Cake
- 2 T. powdered chocolate peanut butter
- 1 T. cocoa powder
- 2 T. warm water
- 1 large egg white
- 1 t. canola oil
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 t. agave nectar
- ½ t. baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3 T. whipped cream
- ½ mashed banana, optional
- Spray inside of microwave safe mug with PAM.
- Combine powdered peanut butter, cocoa powder, water, egg white, canola oil, vanilla, agave nectar, baking powder and salt. If you want the banana, add here. Mix well.
- Pour into mug.
- Microwave 90 seconds or until done in center.
- Serve warm with whipped topping.
