Asian Roasted Broccoli and Peppers
- 2 t. olive oil
- 2 t. sesame oil
- 2 t. soy sauce
- 2 t. honey
- 2 t. Sriracha sauce
- 2 t. minced fresh garlic
- 2 t. lemon zest
- Salt and black pepper
- In bowl, whisk together the olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, Sriracha, ginger and lemon zest.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour as much of the dressing you like over the warm veggies and toss. Add seasoning is needed. If you do not use all the dressing, serve on the side.
