Ingredients
  • 2 c. vanilla ice cream
  • 3-4 T. brandy
  • 3-4 T. white crème de cacao
  • White chocolate shavings, garnish
Instructions
  1. Combine the first 3 ingredients in food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Stopping once to scrape down the sides.
  2. Spoon evenly into glasses.
  3. Garnish with white chocolate shavings.
Notes
*****Makes 2 servings. I usually make several batches and put in freezer. Take out about 30-45 minutes before serving and run through processor again.
