Kiddies' Favorite PB, Banana, Granola Wraps

Ingredients
  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 1 T. fresh lemon juice
  • ½ c. peanut butter
  • 4 (8-9”) whole wheat wraps
  • ½ c. granola (you can change up the cereals)
  • 4 large dried apricots, chopped (you can change up the dried fruit)
Instructions
  1. Peel bananas, cut into small cubes and toss with lemon juice in a small bowl.
  2. Spread 2 T. peanut butter on each wrap, forming a 5-6” circle.
  3. Divide bananas evenly among wraps and sprinkle 2 T. granola and ¼ of the chopped apricots over each.
  4. Roll up, cut in half or in slices.
  5. Wrap in foil.
