Kiddies' Favorite PB, Banana, Granola Wraps
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 1 T. fresh lemon juice
- ½ c. peanut butter
- 4 (8-9”) whole wheat wraps
- ½ c. granola (you can change up the cereals)
- 4 large dried apricots, chopped (you can change up the dried fruit)
- Peel bananas, cut into small cubes and toss with lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Spread 2 T. peanut butter on each wrap, forming a 5-6” circle.
- Divide bananas evenly among wraps and sprinkle 2 T. granola and ¼ of the chopped apricots over each.
- Roll up, cut in half or in slices.
- Wrap in foil.
