Crock Pot Parmesan Potato Wedges

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. red potatoes, cut into ½” wedges
  • ¼ c. finely chopped Vidalia onion
  • 2 t. dried oregano
  • Salt, black pepper, garlic powder
  • 2 T. butter, cubed
  • ¼ c. grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Layer potatoes, onion, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder and butter in CROCK POT.
  2. Cover and cook on HIGH 4 hours.
  3. Remove potatoes to serving platter.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
