Lemony Crinkle Cookies
- 1 box of your favorite lemon cake mix
- 1 egg
- 2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
- ½ to 1 c. powdered sugar
- In large bowl, combine cake mix, egg and Cool Whip. The batter will be sticky.
- Form dough into the size of a TABLESPOON.
- Roll in powdered sugar.
- Place on baking sheet sprayed with PAM.
- Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet for 1 minute.
- Remove to a wire rack and let cool completely.
