In a bowl, stir the olive oil with the onion, mustard, lime juice, capers and parsley.
Stir in jalapeno, Worcestershire sauce and season with salt, peppers and garlic powder.
Gently fold in avocados.
You can place the mixture into a shallow dish, that is sprayed with PAM, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours or until it allows the mixture to hold together.
Remove from refrigerator, remove wrap and invert onto serving dish.
Place a dollop of Dijon mustard on top in the center, optional and serve with your favorite bread or crackers.
