Marinated Shrimp, Garlic, and Olives

Ingredients
  • 2-4 lbs. boiled shrimp
  • 1 (4-oz.) container of fresh garlic cloves
  • 1 (5.75-oz.) can pitted black olives, drained
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • ½ c. LaMartinique Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • ½ c. LaMatinique French Vinaigrette
  • Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Sea salt
  • Mrs. Dash’s Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, garlic and olives.
  2. Add the vinaigrettes, lime juice, salt and spicy seasoning blend. Mix well.
  3. Add the green onions and mix.
  4. Let marinate in refrigerator for 4-6 hours or overnight.
  5. When ready to serve, place in colander and drain off marinade.
  6. Place in your serving dish and drizzle with the Sriracha sauce, if desired.
Notes
*****You can omit olives or substitute with your favorite olives. Also the Sriracha is one you can omit or leave in.
