Delightful Cherry-Pecan Brie
- ⅓ c. cherry preserves
- 1 T. balsamic vinegar
- ⅛ t. ground black pepper
- ⅛ t. salt
- 1 (16-oz.) Brie round (rind removed)
- Chopped toasted pecans
- Stir together the preserves, vinegar, pepper and salt in a bowl.
- Drizzle over warm Brie round.
- Top with chopped toasted pecans.
- Serve with crackers
