Roasted Pecans

Instructions
  1. In flat microwavable dish that fits your microwave, place pecans evenly throughout the dish.
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
  3. Cut butter into slices and place on top of pecans and microwave for another 2 minutes. Stir.
  4. Cook another 2 minutes and stir again.
  5. Cook another 2 minutes and stir again.
  6. Remove from microwave. Add the Lawry’s Seasoned Salt. Add more if you like. Stir and pour out on paper towels to cool and drain.
  7. Store in Ziploc bags or air tight containers. Freeze.
Notes
*****Sometimes for a kicked up version I add about 1 T. of horseradish sauce. It is very good and different. People will try to figure out what it is. *****Easiest method of getting those great little snacks to put out at your bar with drinks.
