Toffee Brownies and Cream Cheese Topped Brownies
- 1 (17.6-oz.) package brownie mix with walnuts
- Ingredients that are called for on the box
- 1(8-oz.) package of cream cheese, softened
- ½ c. sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.
- Line 13x9” baking pan with foil and spray with PAM.
- Spoon batter evenly into the baking pan.
- Bake in 350 oven according to directions on package.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely.
- Beat together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until creamy.
- Spread over brownies.
- Melt the chocolate chips in microwave and drizzle over icing.
- Lift from the pan using the edges of foil.
- Cut into squares and store in air-tight container or cover with foil.
