BANANA-MANGO SMOOTHIES
- 1 c. cubed peeled ripe mango
- 1 medium ripe banana, sliced
- ⅔ c. skim milk or soy
- 2 t. honey
- ΒΌ t. vanilla
- Place cubed mangos on baking sheet and freeze until firm.
- Place frozen mango and all the other ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
*****You can add or substitute frozen berries for mango. You can freeze mangos ahead of time, but let them thaw for 10 minutes before using.
