When ready to use it, remove from freezer and let thaw in refrigerator. Then place in 350 oven to finish cooking and heat through.
You can substitute turkey, chicken, chopped cooked shrimp, crawfish, crab for the ham. You can also use different cheeses. These also work well in the mini pie shells to make individual quiches. This is nice for brunches or parties. They taste good at room temperature.
