Savory Pork Chops with Ancho Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  • 4 (1/2” thick) boneless pork loin chops
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 4 slices bacon
  • PAM
  • ¼ c. Ancho Base
  • ¾ c. whipping cream
Instructions
  1. Season chops and wrap a piece of bacon around each one. Secure with toothpicks.
  2. Spray PAM on grill which is at 300-350 degrees. Place chops on grill and cook with grill cover on it for about 8 minutes on each side or until done.
  3. Combine ¼ c. Ancho Base and whipping cream in saucepan, whisk until smooth.
  4. Bring to boil, whisking constantly. Reduce heat and simmer, keep whisking for 5 minutes or until thick.
  5. Spoon sauce onto plate and top with pork chop.
