Cheesy Almond a Pineapple Spread
- 12 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 8 oz. shredded cheese like Swiss, Gruyere, Havarti (something creamy)
- ¾ c. Miracle whip or mayo
- 6-8 strips of crisply cooked bacon, crumbled, optional
- 2 T. chopped green onion
- 1 t. dillweed
- Tabasco, to taste
- Almonds
- Pineapple top
- Combine the cream cheeses and mayo. Mix well.
- Stir in bacon, onion, dill and Tabasco. Mix well.
- Cover and chill overnight.
- Make into the shape of pineapple.
- Arrange the almonds to cover the outside.
- Insert the pineapple top to decorate.
- Serve with nice crackers.
