Frankenguac Dip
- 3 medium ripe avocados, peeled and cubed
- ¼ c. finely chopped red onion
- 1 fresh jalapeno, seeded and minced
- ¼ c. minced fresh cilantro or parsley
- 3 T. fresh lime juice
- Tabasco to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black bean tortilla chips
- Sour cream, refried black beans, ripe olives, garnish
- In bowl, mash avocado with a fork.
- Stir in onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice and salt.
- Add tabasco to taste. Mix well.
- Spoon the dip onto a platter. Shape into a rectangle.
- Place chips near top of head.
- Decorate face as desired with sour cream, beans and olives.
