Spoon into 12 greased and floured muffin pan cups.
Top each with 1 velveeta cube of cheese and press gently into the center of filling.
Bake 20 minutes or until centers are set and tops are golden brown.
Serve warm or chilled.

*****If you want to make mini-bites: use 24 greased and floured miniature muffin pan cups. Cut cheese into 24 cubes. Bake 14-16 minutes. Can be frozen and reheated after cooked.
