Seasonal Fruit Pizza
- 1 (1 lb. 1.5-oz.) pouch Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix
- ½ c. melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 c. whipping cream
- ½ c. of the canned cream cheese frosting
- 4 c. assorted fresh fruit
- Heat oven 375. Lightly spray 14” pizza pan with PAM.
- In bowl, stir cookie mix, melted butter and egg until a soft dough forms.
- Press dough into bottom of pan.
- Bake 10-15 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Cool completely.
- In chilled bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on HIGH until soft peaks form.
- Gently stir frosting into whipped cream.
- Spread over cooled cookie dough.
- Arrange your selected fruits on top and serve.
*****You can use Cool Whip in place of the whipped cream, if desired.
