Seasonal Fruit Pizza

Ingredients
  • 1 (1 lb. 1.5-oz.) pouch Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix
  • ½ c. melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • ½ c. of the canned cream cheese frosting
  • 4 c. assorted fresh fruit
Instructions
  1. Heat oven 375. Lightly spray 14” pizza pan with PAM.
  2. In bowl, stir cookie mix, melted butter and egg until a soft dough forms.
  3. Press dough into bottom of pan.
  4. Bake 10-15 minutes or until light golden brown.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. In chilled bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on HIGH until soft peaks form.
  7. Gently stir frosting into whipped cream.
  8. Spread over cooled cookie dough.
  9. Arrange your selected fruits on top and serve.
Notes
*****You can use Cool Whip in place of the whipped cream, if desired.
