Morrow's Grilled Oysters
- ½ c. butter
- 1 T. minced garlic
- 3 T. minced shallot
- 1 T. fresh lemon juice
- 1 t. kosher salt
- 1 t. fresh chopped thyme
- In saucepan, melt butter and stir in garlic and shallot. Cook until soft, about 1 minute.
- Stir in lemon juice, salt and thyme. Keep warm while serving. Refrigerate up to 3 days.
