Alice's Spicy Crawfish Cakes

Ingredients
  • 1 c. Miracle Whip or mayo
  • ¾ c. creole mustard
  • 2 T. horseradish sauce
  • ½ c. good olive oil
  • ¼ c. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 T. garlic powder
  • 1 t. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1-2 t. Tabasco, to taste
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix completely. Store in sealed jar in the refrigerator until needed. Good with all seafood.
