Alice's Spicy Crawfish Cakes
- 1 c. Miracle Whip or mayo
- ¾ c. creole mustard
- 2 T. horseradish sauce
- ½ c. good olive oil
- ¼ c. balsamic vinegar
- 1 T. garlic powder
- 1 t. Worcestershire sauce
- 1-2 t. Tabasco, to taste
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix completely. Store in sealed jar in the refrigerator until needed. Good with all seafood.
