Easy Frozen Key Lime Delight

Ingredients
  • 1 pint lime sherbet
  • 1 pint lemon sorbet
  • 1 pint vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 ½ c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 3T. sugar
  • ¼ c. melted butter
  • 2 T. Key Lime Juice
  • ¼-1/2 c. toasted coconut, optional
Instructions
  1. Place the sherbet, sorbet, and frozen yogurt in refrigerator while preparing crust.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter.
  3. Press mixture into bottom of 9” springform pan. Freeze for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Combine the sherbet, sorbet and yogurt into a large bowl.
  5. Add lime juice and gently mix.
  6. Spoon mixture over crust in pan and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle with toasted coconut and lightly press into sherbet mixture. Cover with plastic wrap.
  8. Freeze until firm, at least 4-6 hours.
  9. To serve, let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. Cut into wedges.
