FIESTA DIP
Ingredients
  • 1 (8-oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 T. milk
  • 3 T. French dressing
  • ⅓ c. catsup
  • 2 T. grated onion
  • ½ t. salt
  • Tabasco to taste
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients with a electric mixer.
  2. Refrigerate.

SPINACH DIP
Ingredients
  • 2 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and all water squeezed out
  • 1 c. Miracle Whip or Mayo
  • 2 c. sour cream or greek yogurt
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 (8-oz.) can waterchestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 2 (1 -5/8 oz.) pkg. Knorr Vegetable soup mix
  • Tabasco and garlic powder to taste
Instructions
  1. Take the drained and completely dry spinach and mix with all ingredients.
  2. Season to taste. Chill and serve with fresh veggies or crackers/chips.

THREE CHEESE SPREAD
Ingredients
  • 12 oz. bleu cheese, at room temperature
  • 10 oz. processed cheddar cheese spread, at room temperature
  • 24 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 4 T. grated onion
  • 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. ground pecans
  • ⅓ c. minced parsley
  • ¼ to ½ c. miracle whip or mayo
  • Tabasco to taste
Instructions
  1. Mix the cheeses, onion and Worcestershire sauce until well blended.
  2. Fold in pecans and parsley.
  3. Add mayo to get the desired consistency. Add Tabasco to taste.
  4. Place in container and refrigerate or freeze.
Notes
*****Keeps indefinitely. You can omit the mayo and make a cheese ball, roll in additional pecans and parsley.
