Stir in peppers, salt and garlic powder. Mix well.
Add sugar and mustard and blend well. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add Lea and Perrins, Tabasco, vinegar and lemon juice.
Blend well.
Slowly add catsup and stir to mix.
Let it come to a boil and then let simmer for 10-12 minutes.

*****You can place in smaller containers and keep in refrigerator up to a month or more. I like to use this on beef. I have a separate sauce for poultry, pork, and lamb. My family likes to take this sauce and place on top of their baked potato after putting their other condiments. Very good sauce!!!!!!!!!!!!
