Crock Pot Easy Breakfast Meal
- 1 (32-oz.) bag frozen shredded hash browns
- 3 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. sausage, cooked, drained and chopped
- 12 eggs, beaten
- ΒΌ c. milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Layer the ingredients by placing ⅓ of the hash browns in bottom of 6 qt. slow cooker.
- Then add 1 c. of cheese, then ⅓ of sausage.
- Repeat layers until you have used all the hash browns, cheese and sausage.
- Whisk eggs and milk together in a bowl.
- Pour egg mixture over the layers in the slow cooker.
- Add salt and pepper to your liking.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours.
- Serve immediately.
