Crock Pot Easy Breakfast Meal

Ingredients
  • 1 (32-oz.) bag frozen shredded hash browns
  • 3 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. sausage, cooked, drained and chopped
  • 12 eggs, beaten
  • ΒΌ c. milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Layer the ingredients by placing ⅓ of the hash browns in bottom of 6 qt. slow cooker.
  2. Then add 1 c. of cheese, then ⅓ of sausage.
  3. Repeat layers until you have used all the hash browns, cheese and sausage.
  4. Whisk eggs and milk together in a bowl.
  5. Pour egg mixture over the layers in the slow cooker.
  6. Add salt and pepper to your liking.
  7. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours.
  8. Serve immediately.
