Crock- Pot Hickory Smoked BBQ Ribs

Ingredients
  • 1 (3 lb.) rack of pork ribs
  • 1 T. seasoned salt
  • 1 t. garlic powder
  • 1 T. black pepper
  • 1 T. red pepper
  • ½ c. brown sugar
  • 1 t. smoked paprika
  • ½ c. your favorite BBQ Sauce
Instructions
  1. Cut a rack of pork ribs in half and place halves side by side in a 6 qt. slow cooker.
  2. Mix the seasonings in a bowl and then spread the rub all over the ribs, both sides.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. DO NOT REMOVE LID DURING COOKING.
  4. Next baste ribs with your favorite BBQ SAUCE.
  5. If desired, put ribs in an oven-safe dish and place under broiler for a few minutes to brown and caramelize the sauce.
