Asian Roasted Broccoli and Peppers
- 2 heads of fresh broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 large red bell pepper, cut into bite-size pieces
- 3 T. minced garlic
- 1 T. sesame oil
- 1 T. olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
- Preheat oven 425. Place veggies, not the garlic, on baking sheet that has been sprayed with PAM.
- Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with the olive oil and sesame oil. Toss with your hands to coat all veggies.
- Roast 15-20 minutes until browned. Half way through the cooking process toss in the garlic and stir the veggies and finish cooking.
