The Italian Hoagie, for a lack of a better name, is a sandwich my dad always loved when he couldn’t get a muffaletta. I do not have any measurements for you. We just added the ingredients as we needed them or as much as we wanted. Just play with it and you will come up with your own Italian Hoagie.

*****My mom use to take the minced garlic and mix with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar and season with black pepper and make sort of a paste and use this as the spread to put on the bread instead of mayo, etc.
