Recipe By:

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 T. chopped fresh basil
  • 1 T. finely minced garlic
  • 6 (8”) sun-dried tomato tortillas or your favorite
  • 6 romaine lettuce leaves or you can substitute baby spinach, arugula, kale or your favorite greens
  • ¾ c. shredded good quality mozzarella cheese
  • ½ c. pitted olive, green or black or mixture
  • ½ c. roasted red pepper, diced
  • ½ c. water-packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 4 oz. good quality salami
  • 4 oz. good quality ham

  1. Mix cream cheese with basil and garlic.
  2. On each tortilla, spread about 2 T. of the mixture and spread to within ¼” of the edge.
  3. Layer with lettuce, salami, ham and cheeses.
  4. Next, layer with olives, red peppers and artichoke hearts.
  5. Tightly roll up the tortilla and cut in half on the diagonal.

******Can make several hours ahead, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate. You can change up flavorings for cream cheese, the types of meats, cheeses and toppings.
