Today’s TIP OF THE DAY IS: HOW TO MAKE BUTTERMILK IN A PINCH! You have probably seen the tip about adding vinegar or lemon juice to milk to make your own buttermilk. That mixture never gets quite thick and creamy enough to really suffice. Instead use thinned-out plain GREEK YOGURT. Whisk together ¾ c. YOGURT and ¼ c. WATER OR SKIM MILK and you will have a nice BUTTERMILK!
