Ingredients
  • 1 (8-oz.) container soft cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • ¼ c. chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 T. prepared horseradish
  • 1 T. Dijon mustard
  • 1 T. Miracle Whip or mayo
  • Salt, black pepper, garlic powder to taste
  • 8 oz. deli roast beef, sliced thinly
  • 2 (10”) whole wheat tortillas or your favorite type
  • Ranch dressing, optional

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, green onions, parsley, horseradish, mustard, mayo and seasonings. Mix well.
  2. Place the mixture evenly over the two tortillas.
  3. Divide the roast beef slices evenly between the two tortillas, leaving a ½” border around the edges.
  4. Roll up, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm. Can be made a day ahead.
  5. Cut diagonally into ½” slices and serve.
  6. You can use ranch dressing as a dipping sauce if desired or your favorite type of sauce.
