  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • ½ c. plus 1 T. creamy peanut butter, divided
  • 1 c. cold milk
  • 1 (3.4-oz.) pkg. Jell-O Vanilla Flavored Instant pudding
  • 2 ½ c. thawed Cool Whip topping, divided
  • 1 Oreo or Chocolate graham cracker crust
  • 3 squares Baker’s semi-sweet chocolate

  1. Beat cream cheese and ½ c. peanut butter until well blended.
  2. Add milk and dry pudding mix; beat 2 minutes.
  3. Whisk in 1 c. Cool Whip.
  4. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. Microwave remaining Cool Whip and chocolate in bow on HIGH for 1-2 minutes or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute. Cool completely.
  6. Spread chocolate mixture over pudding layer in crust.
  7. Microwave remaining peanut butter in small bowl for 30 seconds. Stir and drizzle over pie.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

*****For a change use the peanut butter with nuts in it and use chocolate pudding.
