Recipe By:

  • 1 c. fresh or frozen fruit (berries, pineapple, melon, banana, etc.)
  • 2 handfuls greens (spinach, kale, romaine, parsley, herbs, sprouts or a mix of any combined)
  • 1 c. liquid (water, coconut water, nut milk, etc.)
  • Optional add-ins:
  • 1-2 T. of ginger, turmeric, flax seed, chia seed, hemp seed, nut butter, cacao powder, vanilla, cinnamon, honey, dates, unsweetened coconut flakes, etc.)

  1. Using a high powered blender, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. If frozen fruit is used, it will chill the smoothie. Otherwise, pour smoothie over ice and enjoy!

*****This is the basic recipe that comes with your new Powered Blender. There are many variations that you can use. Experiment with the flavors and textures you enjoy. Also consider what is in season or merely what is in your refrigerator or freezer.
