Ingredients
  • 1 (1lb. 1.5 oz.) Betty Crocker peanut butter cookie mix (pouch)
  • 2 T. oil
  • 1 T. water
  • 1 egg
  • 3 c. miniature marshmallows
  • ⅔ c. light corn syrup
  • ¼ c. butter
  • 2 t. vanilla
  • 1 (10-oz.) bar peanut butter chips
  • 2 c. Rice Krispie cereal
  • 2 c. salted peanuts

Instructions
  1. Heat oven 350. Spray 13×9” baking pan with PAM.
  2. In large bowl, stir cookie mix, oil, water and egg until soft dough forms.
  3. Press dough in pan using floured fingers, to prevent sticking.
  4. Bake 12-15 minutes or until set.
  5. Immediately sprinkle marshmallows over crust.
  6. Bake 1-2 minutes longer or until marshmallows begin to puff.
  7. In 4 qt. saucepan, cook corn syrup, vanilla and chips over low heat, stirring constantly, until chips are melted.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Stir in cereal and nuts.
  10. Immediately spoon cereal mixture evenly over marshmallows.
  11. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm.
  12. Cut into bars.

Notes
*****You can substitute different chips and nuts as well as cereal.
