Ingredients
  • 4 ozs. good quality Brie cheese
  • 4 ozs. good quality gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 large fresh figs, sliced in half
  • 12 thin slices prosciutto, cut in half
  • Good quality Balsamic glaze, optional

Instructions
  1. Slice the cheese into small square slabs.
  2. Top each cut side of a fig with a piece of cheese.
  3. Wrap each fig up with half slice of prosciutto.
  4. Secure with toothpick.
  5. Arrange on platter and drizzle with glaze or serve glaze in a serving bowl on side.
